Allowing for multiple log-ins at no additional cost, makes it much easier to track such changes made to specific booking and being able to know who would have made those changes. Therefore, it makes things more transparent, and much simpler to handle….and as a result, much more efficient too.

It is also possible to only give particular users access to particular parts of the software

If, for example, a school wants that the members of staff within the Academic Department only access the Academic side of the software; or that the Accommodation Department only accesses the Allocation side of the software, that can certainly be done. It is entirely the school’s choice to determine who has access to what.
